  • What are the delivery terms?

  • Where can I see the delivery time of my order?

    Log in to our website with your account details. Go to 'Orders' and select the order whose delivery time you want to see. 

  • What are the delivery costs?

    The delivery costs of your order depend on the size of your order and the place of delivery. For each product on our website, the delivery costs are mentioned. You will also see these costs in the overview during the ordering process. 

  • Who will deliver my order?

    We work with a carefully selected group of carriers to ensure our service quality. Our logistics system automatically selects the best match for every order to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

  • Which countries do you deliver to?

    We deliver our products globally. For price quotes and delivery information, please contact our sales team

  • Can I change the delivery date?

    Yes, you can still have the delivery date changed, however this cannot be done on the day of delivery itself. We ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible if you want to make changes. 

  • The delivery has been delayed, now what?

    Should it happen that your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will then work out a new delivery or collection date with you.

  • Track&Trace does not work, now what?

    If the Track&Trace code you receive does not work, please contact our customer service department

  • Will my order be assembled?

    No, your order will not be assembled for you. 

  • Why did I receive a partial delivery?

    We ship our orders when complete, provided no other arrangements have been made. Only when part of your order is sent directly from our suppliers, can you receive a partial delivery. This is because part of your order comes from our suppliers, while the other part comes from our logistics centre in Wapenveld.

    Would you like to receive an order in parts? Please contact our customer service department to see what the possibilities are. 

  • Product was already damaged at delivery, what now?

    If a product is delivered damaged, we ask you to make a note about this on the CMR, report it to the driver and take photos of the damage. Then contact our customer service department by e-mail and send the photos along. 

  • Can I also collect my order from your warehouse?

    Yes, you can collect your order from us yourself.

    Please note: Place your order in advance and indicate during ordering that you wish to collect it. You will receive confirmation from us by e-mail with the necessary information to collect your order. 

  • Where can I collect my order?

    Orders can be collected from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30


    Without confirmation that your order is ready, it cannot be collected. For viewings, please contact our sales department in advance by phone to discuss the possibilities.

    Safety regulations when visiting Kruizinga

     To ensure your safety and that of our employees, there are a number of rules to abide to.



    • Smoking and open fires are strictly prohibited throughout the grounds and in all buildings.
    • The maximum speed on our premises is 20 km/h.
    • Our warehouses can only be entered together with an employee of Kruizinga.
    • Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter our warehouses.
    • Pets are prohibited. 
  • How soon can I collect my order?

    In the order confirmation you will find the day and time when you can collect your order. This may vary per order due to, among other things, the time the order is placed and our stock.  

  • Track&Trace indicates that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything, now what?

    If the Track&Trace information indicates that your order has been delivered, while you have not received it, we ask you to contact our customer service department
