  • How do I place an order?

    When you want to order a product, select the quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can then continue shopping and add multiple products to your cart, or proceed directly to the shopping cart.

    You can always change the quantities in the shopping cart. It is also possible to remove products from the shopping cart again by clicking on the trash can icon. Is your shopping cart complete? Then click on 'Complete order'.

    Are you a new customer? Then please first create an account by filling in your details as completely as possible. This data will also be used for your order, so you do not need to fill them in again. Did you fill in all data? Then you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on 'Checkout'.

    Do you already have an account? Then log in with your e-mail address and password. Your details will be added automatically during the ordering process. Of course, always check that this information is still correct. Have you filled in all the details? Then you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on 'Checkout'.

    Choose your payment method and go through the payment process to place the order. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. You can also find the order in your account under 'Orders'. 

  • Will I receive a confirmation?

    Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within an hour of placing your order. Sometimes it may be marked as spam mail, so always check your spam folder.

  • Where can I find the delivery time?

    On our website, you will see the estimated delivery time of our products, this is shown for each product. 

  • Where can I find the order status?

    On our website, you can track the status of your order yourself. Log in with your account details and go to 'Orders'.

    We will also send you status changes by e-mail, so that you are informed immediately in case of changes. 

  • How do I request a quote?

    Go to the product you want to request a quote for. Select the correct quantity and then click 'Request quote'.

    On the next screen, you can choose to add more products to your quote or continue with the request straight away.

    Once you have added all the products, you can request the quote. Fill in your details, select the desired delivery date, and add any additional information and questions. When you have filled in all fields correctly, you can place the quotation.

  • Can I change my order?

    Yes, in most cases, you can still make changes after placing an order. However, it is important that you contact our customer service department about this as soon as possible.

    Please note that orders with different materials, quantities, or arrangements cannot be exchanged or returned. 

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, in most cases, you can still cancel an order after placing it. However, it is important that you contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

    Please note that orders with different materials, quantities, or arrangements cannot be exchanged or returned. 

  • Do you have a mandatory minimum order amount?

    No, we do not have a minimum order amount. 

  • Do you have a showroom or physical shop?

    No, we don't have a showroom or physical shop. But, you can schedule an appointment with our sales department

  • Where can I find the order number?

    The order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail you receive from us. You can also find it in your account under 'Orders'. 

  • VAT is not settled when I order something. What now?

    If VAT is not taken into account in the invoice, please contact our customer service department about this. 

  • Can I receive a notification when a product is back in stock?

    No, currently this is not possible. However, you can add products to your favourites and check them regularly.

    You can also contact our sales department. They will look into alternatives for you that can be delivered at short notice. 

  • How do I know that my order has been received in good order?

    You will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail after placing your order. You can also find your order on our website. When you are logged in, you can check whether your order is listed under 'Orders'.
