The Kruizinga Electric Pallet Truck 2000 kg (hot-dip galvanized) is a powerful and durable solution for the internal transport of pallets in warehouses, distribution centers, and cold storage. This version has been specially developed for use in humid and cold environments, where extra protection against corrosion is essential.

The pallet truck is equipped with a fork length of 1150 mm, ideal for Euro pallets, and has a lifting capacity of 2000 kg. With a lifting height of 85 to 200 mm and a fork width of 550 mm, this electric pallet truck is suitable for virtually all standard pallet applications.

What distinguishes this version is the galvanized (hot-dip galvanized) chassis and forks, which offer excellent protection against rust and wear. Additionally, the pallet truck is equipped with stainless steel bearings and a stainless steel hydraulic cylinder, ensuring extra resistance to moisture, condensation, and low temperatures. This makes this pallet truck extremely suitable for use in cold and freezer environments down to -18°C.

The pallet truck features a maintenance-free lithium-ion battery (48V / 15Ah) that is easily charged via 230V mains voltage. The 1 kW drive motor and 0.8 kW lift motor ensure powerful and reliable performance.

The lifting and lowering speeds are optimized for efficient operation: 18 mm/sec loaded and 23 mm/sec unloaded when lifting, and 56 mm/sec loaded and 46 mm/sec unloaded when lowering. The maximum speed is 4 km/h loaded and 4.5 km/h unloaded, while the incline capability of 6% loaded and 20% unloaded ensures good performance on slightly sloping surfaces.

With a compact turning radius of 1353 mm, this electric pallet truck is highly maneuverable and suitable for use in narrow aisles. The pallet truck is equipped with polyurethane steering wheels and tandem load wheels, which ensure noise-dampening, wear-resistant, and smooth driving behavior on hard floors.
