Description
Green round sling with a length of 1500 mm including hook for lighter lifting work with a working load (WLL) of 2 tons and a strap width of 60 mm. The inner side is made of parallel beaten yarns and together form an endless strand, making the round sling flexible in its entirety. Round slings are made of a continuous loop of 100% polyester fiber. Each round sling is covered with a woven polyester cover to protect the supporting fibers from damage. Because the load-bearing fibers never come in contact with the load, they are protected from cuts, abrasions and UV radiation. The design makes it easy to safely lift different products, increasing productivity. Suitable for ambient temperatures from -40 to +100 degrees. Equipped with a safety factor of 7:1 and suitable for multiple use, but must be checked for damage before each use. In addition, it is mandatory to have round slings inspected annually by a certified inspector and the inspection report must be kept.
The lifting strap hook is specially designed for direct and safe connection to the loop of lifting straps and round slings. The perfect solution for heavy and dangerous loads up to 1 ton in the offshore industry. Made of grade 100 steel. There are several grades of steel from which lifting chains can be made, including grade 80, grade 100 and grade 120. These are the tear resistance grades of steel for use in lifting chains, steel cables and other similar structures. The higher the grade, the higher the tear resistance of the material. Grade 100 steel is even tougher than grade 80 steel and is specifically designed for demanding applications and has a higher breaking strength.
The round sling and lifting strap hook meet all legal safety requirements and are manufactured according to the CE standard and EN1492-1 and EN 1667-1 standard and come with a certificate (TÜV/GS certified). Each round sling is equipped with an extra strong and wear-resistant certificate label & user manual, consisting of an extra strong PVC material and fitted with a plastic protective cover. The load capacity (working load WLL) of the round sling can be derived from the color, label or number of stripes stitched into the lifting strap.
