Product is fine, but it puzzles me that I only receive an invoice once the products are delivered. Even after a request to send the invoice early, that turned out to be impossible. After a payment, I am entitled to a proof of payment. Especially with follow-up deliveries, it’s not nice from an accounting perspective to wait long for an invoice. In this respect, Kruizinga should be able to be more flexible.
